    "They never answer their phone, which is frustrating when you live far away and want to see if they have something in stock. And, when you're there in person, some of these working the register also don't know what they have available. I was recently there and asked if they'll have some in stock, since it wasn't there, and was told she'd find out and get back to me in a couple days. It has been two weeks with not follow-up. This year (2025), prices have gone up substantially!"
